hello all...
i must start by declaring this is my first post and i apologise if it sounds ridiculous or what have you, i just needed to air it and see what ppl think on it.
ummm...i would like to throw a question out in hope to find similar experiences indulged by others here or anywhere for that matter.
i myself work within the emergency services and frequently engage and become part of situations where a need for immediate response is crucial and indeed life dependant sometimes. recently (within the past 18 months) i have realised that during moments of very high emotion and a need for calmness on my behalf, i have become aware of myself working or being very controlled almost in slow-motion during these times. i mean i know where i am and what im doing but it is almost like i am aware that i am aware if that makes sense? i realise and know for certain that what needs to be done needs to be done quickly and i have a feeling of being ever so calm and coordinated in the heat of things so to speak.
this has also been confirmed to me in everyday normalities...a kind of knowing just prior to something. for example...i know it sounds silly but i can say the phone will ring 10 secs b4 it does...that kinda thing.
i have records and remember vaguely of my great grandmother having the second sight ability and am wandering if this may be something to do with this or possibly something we all are expriencing due to the increased energy levels washing over us all...but to be honest i am not sure whatsoever.
i am becoming more and more aware of this awareness if you like and i hope this ability is part of something others are experiencing too. if so i would love for you to please share these on here with me.
i often think if this has a similar thing to do with people who have near death experiences too and such often describe seeing their lives flash before there eyes....or a feeling of disconnection from time as the constraint we know it to be.

i would imagine most people on this forum have these experiences on a regular basis, i know i do, and have done since i was a child. it is out of the mainstream norm, and people don't understand out there, but i'm sure it's not like that here.

i remember once when i had an accident, i went flying through the windscreen, and time stood still, and it was like i was in the air for ages, when it was only a fraction of a second. i had time to think quite a few thoughts, very strange. plus the accident happened on a friday 13th after i had been warned by a psychic not to travel on that day, and just befor the truck hit, i suddenly remembered her warning. talk about thought creating reality.

precognition i take for granted, it happens too often for it to be strange anymore. and i do know what you mean about being in a crisis and being aware of being aware, yes, it is hard to explain unless you've experienced it. i've had the experience of my body taking over and me being an observer along for the ride, and that's just in everyday activities.

and yes, all these experiences have increased and intensified in the last 2 years or so, it's a slow acceleration, but very definite. it's quite exciting.

i do think there is changes about and we are able to view situtations from a different angel than before. i tend to hear things differently now than in the past. it is just a knowing... i am following this knowing and just going with the flow that is there.

i would also say,that you will probably find that most,if not all the posters on these forums have or do experience these types of occurrences.

i also have had increasing syncronicities, as well as precog type reactions to situations that requires immediate care.

fantastic!...thank you ever so much for the replies...and your quite right it is exciting.
i absolutely agree with hearing things differently too...it is just allowing to let yourself see or experience things from a different angle.
very happy to hear there are people out there who are experiencing this too...i never doubted that there wasnt...i dont know why i just didnt think people would either believe what im saying or be prepared to indulge their own experiences with me...so i thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing with me.

may i ask another question...do you think as more and more people wake up...will everyone go through the same experiences and realisations or is everybody's path different and unique to them depending on where they are on their own growth if you know what i mean?...because if this is the case...then you will surely have people out there who still have no idea and will continue to do so...all the while we feel unbelievable changes...
