i had the most fanatic synchronistic day of my life last saturday. friday night i dreamt that while i was sleeping, my wife got into bed and somehow she brought music with her. the music was to my left, so i wanted it to be more centered, so i moved the music from left to right until it was balance in the center above the bed. now i’m not sure if i really woke-up or not, but i opened my eyes and saw a ball of light by the french door in our bedroom that leads to the patio. the ball of light went through the door and disappeared outside. maybe i was awake, because i started to think about the dream and light that just disappeared. my wife was out-of-town during this weekend and i really thought that she was home during this dream.

saturday morning i started working on a sudoku puzzle in the newspaper and was trying to see new patterns and clues that could be used to solve the puzzle, i was thinking that there must be some kind of balance between even and odd numbers. while thinking about this my blackberry sounds. it’s an email from one of my partners saying that a check is in the mail to me (time on the email 11:44). i thought great, this will balance the estimate tax check i have to send out next week.

i started on the puzzle again, looking for patterns and balances between number. this brought to mind the dream. i began questioning if my wife is the one who brought the music into bed or was it me (you know that each character in a dream is usually yourself). at that instant, my blackberry sounded. it was a text message from my wife asking for me to call her. the time on the text message was 12:12. i immediately noticed that and knew it was my wife in the dream. so after the phone conversion i began thinking about what music/balance did my wife bring into my life and wanted to review what had just happened and put them into some type of order (a-z). at that moment i looked at the clock and it was 12:34.

some really good things came to mind when i considered what music and balance my wife brought into my life. she opened my heart and i learned how to love and how to be loved. she also taught me how to love/respect myself. these were wonderful things to think about and really made my heart feel whole. but wait, there’s one more synchronistic thing that happened on saturday.

my neighbor wanted me to send my gardener over to his house to get an estimate for some yard maintenance that he needed. my gardener was working in my yard and the thought came to mind to pay him and introduce him to the neighbor. i walked over to get the cash set aside for him and notice the time was 1:44. i said to myself, this looks like the right time. so i walked outside and just as i opened the door, here comes my neighbor driving up the street! i paid my gardener and introduced him to my neighbor.

a great feeling of being alive and connected was with me all day! i had to post this because i needed to tell someone and i know you understand.

i think you're correct, that there are deeper purposes/meanings that are just waiting for me to discover. since this weekend, i've been looking at the events of each day and trying to see the thread that connect them together. yesterday was what i called an "out of the blue" day. 5 different events that were just unexpected (all of them were positive). i’ll pay attention and see what comes…thanks for your post/comments.
