what is the difference besides the date. i remember before 2000 a lot of people said the world was going to end and this and that etc. why was this date picked i was young and not awakened. now it is 2012....will something happen this time around? i feel it will with my intuition, but i am new and still pushing away the spider webs. i know there is a lot of evidence surrounding 2012. last year i was spirtually awakened when i saw 11:11. and this year i had a plant that had died, dry soil and it grew back and is growing even bigger that was the oddest thing.....so i do believe something is going to happen this time around for numerous reasons. i just want to know why the year 2000 was the year before that was suppose to be the end date. i heard the goverment made up the y2k scare to throw people off....but i think thats just a theory

the difference between y2k and 2012 is this: y2k was wholly technological (save the few religious zealots who thought that somehow there being three zeros after a two somehow makes it the end of the world.) 2012 is on a galactic scale and it's been historically predicted by ancient cultures and prophets alike. things are changing more evidently like they said it would, and i honestly believe that something is occurring. i'm not sure if it's to do with ra, or the[name], heck even [name], i think that we should look within for the answers...you'll know the difference when the time is right.
