count on old enlighted eye to come up with some real goodies. i checked out the web pages listed ... also found links from them to others equally enticing. for those looking for some very suggestive accounts supporting reiincarnation these will do nicely... i'm going to pass them on to those whose minds might benefit from some such ticklings.
and thanks, david, for all the legwork you do in finding and bringing so much fascinating information to our attention. sometimes i wonder if you might be the sideways reincarnation of david wilcock ... why not? (:>)) weird plastic time-reality manifestation can create weird screwball convoluted time-line loops. billybobstoppedhisclock. dear friends, |

in light of david's radio interview by the ghosthunters, i was reminded how living multiple lives in many different realms (and time dimensions here on earth) simultaneously only makes sense to me, but in mainstream western culture and in the christian context--reincarnation is a topic few delve into unless they have a personal experience where they cross into a dimension other than our present 3-d earth experience. people aren't encouraged to "go there," thus those who do are sometime ridiculed (like shirley mclaine) for connecting to some famous personality of the past.
i read in a book years ago that edgar cayce initially was pretty uncomfortable with the idea of reincarnation because it wasn't fitting what his religion of the time taught. though i'm not a member (nor ever have been in this lifetime) of any church organization, i was deeply immersed in the christian belief system because it was the consciousness of the community in which i was raised. so while i was reading the bible, searching for my own answers, the question of reincarnation kept prodding me to look at it more closely--and there are stories in the bible that pretty much speak of reincarnation. christian teachings of the time would refer to this as "new age witchcraft" and would warn its followers away from it. but i had to find some answers--having only one life to work with didn't make sense to me. especially when a child died. my seeking lead to me picking this book off the library shelf: children's past lives by carol bowman. not only was the reading fascinating and based around the author's own experiences and those of her children and case studies of others, but she also had the back of the book filled with references--this is how deeply she investigated the topic. she has a website for those interested: www.childpastlives.com i see now more than ever that often people ridicule that which they don't see themselves as having experienced more out of a sense of envy--and this need not be the case. i believe we are here to remind each other of each person's unique contribution and stories (and to encourage one another to share their individual revealings as they choose) rather than the competition aspect, for when we do so, we enhance our own story--after all, all is one. and i believe a soul would desire to mix it up a bit by living a full spectrum of lives--from ordinary and lowly (light and dark) to shining famous personalities celebrated by the world for years afterward. prejudices would not be because we'd realize we lived a lifetime in similar moccasins/shoes. i see this as exactly what david wilcock is doing, and it fits the law of one. he's not trying to glorify himself through edgar cayce--his teachings are more in alignment with ra-ta--but it's also his connection to edgar cayce that endears him even more so to me--i feel compassion and appreciation for his message and work on an even deeper level because of it. there--i've stated my two cents--grin. with love, penny l |
