Default Grounding sheets
Do they help or hinder OOB attempts? Any ideas?

"The Barefoot Bed Pad is a natural color poly/cotton half sheet with woven-in conductive silver fibers. The sheet is placed at the foot or center of the bed, over your bottom fitted sheet and tucked under and around the mattress. The sheet connects to the earth with a grounding cord. One end of the grounding cord snaps onto the sheet and the other end connects into an electrical outlet or to the earthing grounding rod system. Placing your bare feet or legs on the sheet easily grounds you to the earth during sleep.."

"Earthing immediately equalizes your body to the same energy level, or potential, as the Earth. This results in synchronizing your internal biological clocks, hormonal cycles, and physiological rhythms, and suffusing your body with healing, negatively charged free electrons abundantly present on the surface of the Earth."

I've been using for about 6 weeks and have noticed more flexibility in my knee joints and generally overall better sleep but I was wondering whether anyone else had any experience with it regarding OBEs and whether it seems to help or hinder attempts.

what are grounding sheets?
Sheets that keep you connected to earth ground, electrically. Some people prefer them for health reasons, and some believe it keeps them protected.
They are also called 'earthing sheets'.
