Default How Can I Reclaim An Astral Memory?
Let's say I'm pretty certain I had an astral journey with someone. But I don't remember anything. Is there a way to reclaim my astral memory? I have the book MAP. I just decided not to cheat and look ahead. So please let me know if there's a chapter or page in the book that talks about it! I really want to remember!

A few ways- when you wake up resolve to remember (ask to remember) and try to go back to trance/sleep, or the next night do the same and see what you dream/see. After that it's not so sure.

Okay! Thank you. I think my brow chakra is pretty weak. Do you think working on my brow chakra will help me retain astral memories?

I don't know. I think it has to do with what you're supposed to remember, and brain frequencies when you wake up. If I were going to pick a chakra to be in charge of this, I'd pick the crown chakra.

lightningbug,

Record all your dreams and other nightly experiences. This will help develop recall. Don't leave anything out because it seems uninteresting or you will allow your mind to screen out things that are "boring" while when looked at more closely were important. You else might develop a habit to screen out things that aren't novel (like the 2nd time when you experience something) or that you don't understand (which might actually be vital to look into for further development).

I'm currently retraining this myself, and the sooner you start, the better. The sooner you invest the effort needed to train recall, the more material you will get during the course of your development instead of having to re-learn this basic skill later. The material you gather this way might also be of interest later when you re-analyse it, like for providing a timeline of development or getting more insight into what you experienced back then.

Be well,
Oliver

Thanks! I'm trying hard to record all of my dreams now, boring or not. But what I really wanted to know was, was it possible to remember something you've lost? I'm still trying to recall a possible astral journey from days ago.
