Wow, what a day!

Today at work, when I was bored again, sitting before my computer screen (yeah, my work isn't of the most exciting kind), I tried aura training for the first time.

I 've just read to the middle Robert's training pdf on auras (yeah ... also at work...) , which can actually be found on many 'googlable' spots in the web, e.g. here (http://www.xehupatl.com/download_fil...ee_Auras_1.pdf), and then I read that colour aura seeing is in fact easy .
I did not even finish the pdf and decided to give it a try on the spot.

I put a blue stapler, a red tape-holder/cutter and a little yellow card box (for classic 2 - earplugs) next to the screen (so that no one of my colleagues noticed anything ) and just after a few seconds of trying the technique I already saw a pretty green aura coming from the red object, a yellow from the blue one and a blue from the yellow one - as was to be expected according to the theory. Wow!

That is not all, then I tried myself by looking "at" my hand. I noticed I have a green-blue, turquoise or "bondi blue" energy shield emanating from it. The most recent try gave me a more clean radiant blue with less greenish tones.

I just noticed the green-blue version looks even a bit like the infamous "Mr Green":

Question: what does it mean? Do I have to worry? Will I slowly be mutating jekyll-to-hyde-like into Mr Green with a wide grin on my face at night?

Anyway, I am really excited regarding my new "skill" and surprised how easy it was for me. But maybe the last weeks helped a lot with lots of meditation sessions to binaural and isochronic sounds, some of robert's energy work exercises, chakra meditation and some AP-attempts. What do you think?

However, I am also a bit worried though. If I develop Astral Sight now, am I in danger to "see ghosts" soon? I accept seeing them when I 'go astral', but I do not wanna be disturbed by it necessarily when in the physical. At least that is my attitude today .. so far ....

Hi Volgerle. I had been seeing auras for years and never have seen a ghost in regular consciousness. So, I wouldn't worry about that.

I see people who are not physical on a regular basis and there is absolutely nothing disturbing about it. There is nothing to worry about. You must understand that they are there whether you can see them or not. Once you start to see them you just get used to it.

I have been startled a few times, but have never been scared by them.
