Hi, new to the forum and have not yet read enough of Astral Projection to know any techniques yet but would like to share with you what happened one night.
Usual restless night, a lot on my mind, 3 am, trying to get back to sleep.Husband snoring preventing sleep but eventually felt cosy relaxed and heavy sinking feeling.Remembering reading Bruce 's comment that this was a good state to be in I made a conscious effort to stay awake. Next thing my body starts vibrating.(had this a few times).So I thought YES I've DNE IT!!!!!! BRING IT ON!! ( at the time I was lying on my side) took a few seconds and then I would describe it as a television screen without the ariel plugged in for a few more seconds then the screen was clear.I was now looking at someone lying in bed on their side. Then colour came and I recognised the hair colour. It was me.THE BEST was to follow. ME turned round and looked at ME. We were both elated at this contact. I was thinking OH my G-D thats me (looking younger and quite pretty if I might say) But I also felt the joy of the other ME. After the initial excitement ,the other ME smiled , turned the head as if to face the ceiling, made a gesture as if pulling the sheets up to the chin and pretended to start snoring whilst grinning. Next thing Me was gone and I opened my eyes and was wide awake. This will stay with me forever.
