I hav'nt quite had an outer body experience but this timeafter meditating i went into a trance and felt as if i was floating then i started hearing voices it was as if they were in an large bathroom or large echoey room or space i couldnt hear what they were saying but it didnt seem like lots of voices the i lost it and came back. does it sound like the start of an astral projection,.

Yes. There's an article in the OBE Research and Discussions forum entitled "Your First Conscious Projection" that describes possible symptoms (including astral noise, which is what you described) and the topic is in the AD Pedia. You had projected your consciousness but hadn't separated yet.

Hi thanx i have give it a break for a few days and just doing my normal meditation although i do do my healing meditations after each try other wise i feel like a pushing sensation on my body through the day. dont know if thats normal.

ah makes sense thank you i've always been able to feel it espeacaly in meditation when i do mt chakras its very stong passsing through.
