Default My projection attempt
Hello all, I'm new to the forum, and I'm new to astral projection.
I attempted a projection the other night, and although I had interesting results, I never got out of body.
I laid back, I had myself propped up with pillows so I wouldn't fall asleep. I was visualizing my astral body rising up out of my physical body, and then walking out of my house and down the road.
I had my eyes closed throughout the attempt. At first, I felt some vibrations, but I had expected those. The next thing, not so much. It felt like the room was spinning around me. I could feel it all spinning, it was an odd feeling.
Has anybody experienced this spinning sensation?
What does it mean?

Hi Fableframe and welcome.

The exteriorisation technique you used did take you into deep trance and the spinning sensation is a common experience and a good sign. Robert Bruce has a lot of projection material available on the net. You will get further with less trial and error if you familiarise yourself with the stages and signs.

Good luck in your adventures.

I had exactly the same situation of putting pillows, feeling vibrations little electrical shocks, spinning/body rockinging on a rockingchair motion feeling of dizzyness.. i become impatient and then getup from my bed. Or i get a feeling of wanting to roll over onto my side
