Hope this is the right place to put this. I'm new here sooo forgive me if its not!
Every couple months or so, While im in a deep sleep i get awaken not in a bad way, in a very gentle "soft way" by someone whispering My name in my ear. It is usually a man. A young one from the sounds of it, he usually says my name a couple times, and he says my full name not just the short form like most people call me Sam, but this person just whispered gently in my ear " Samantha.....Samantha" This persons voice was very comforting.....not scary at all. The first time this ever Happened to me i was startled because i heard my name....then someone say the word "her" then a male laughing quietly. Once i opened my eyes it went away. Does anyone know what this could be? A spirit talking to me? I have never heard of it before Any opinions or information would be great!!! |

Hi Sweetpea.
Believe it or not, this is not uncommon for people who meditate to deep trance routinely- it happens. There are many explanations for it, but none seems to cover 'all' the different ways this happens. So, I'll give you a list: It's a moment of disassociation where you hear your own subconscious talking, perhaps an aspect of yourself; it can be a discarnate entity talking to you; it can be a repressed memory coming back to you as an auditory phenomenon, it can be your 'tuning into' the M-Band of Monroe fame; you could be picking up radio signals when in trance. All of these are possible, and I think that there may be more than one explanation. |

The first thing is to set the intention to have this conversation.
When the opportunity presents itself, use your intuitive imagination to guide the conversation. You could start with something like "I do not know what to say?" Then let your imagination go and see what you get for a reply. Respond to that reply authentically. I hope these ideas are helpful. John |
