Hi guys,

I just started my last semester at college, so understandably I went to take a nap. I intended it to be a normal sort of nap, but it definitely became something else! Sometimes I dream much more vividly during naps; this dream was like that. However, they weren't lucid dreams. At some seemingly random point during these dreams, I found myself in a deep trance. It's hard to say if I was still in the same dream or if I left upon entering the trance, I think that maybe the events in the dream were still progressing while this was going on. I can't remember the exact sequence of events, but there were a few times where I felt pre-OBE vibrations. One of these times, I followed an impulse and made the 'OM' sound in my mind. The interesting part is that I wasn't lucid at all: I was doing these things unintentionally almost as if I was still in the dream I was having at the time. In any case, I had an incredibly powerful reaction as soon as I heard the 'OM' in my mind. This time I attempted to back away, with limited success, because if I'm not in shape energetically then the pre-OBE vibrations seem to really wear me out. Do you guys think that the next time I am trying for an OBE I should attempt to repeat what I did this time? It seems to have promise. Thanks!

James

I would tell you to take up energy work to back up your reserves, and work the 'om'ing into your OBE practice routine.
I have had good results with OM-ing, so I say, if it helps, do it.
