I'm not quite sure where this belongs, so feel free to move as necessary.

Is it possible to "locate" someone on the Astral? Someone you know absolutely nothing about, except perhaps physical appearance. It is important that I locate and speak with (preferably on the physical) a person I recently had an encounter with. I have tried all sorts of physical methods of locating this person, with no luck.

So if there is any way I can astrally locate this person and even perhaps somehow contact them (again, preferably physically), please let me know.

It's possible but it's not guaranteed. All you can do is try. Since you've known each other physically, there may be a connection you can follow simply by feeling the desire to do so when you're projecting.

From experience, if you find the person they may not recollect the meeting or you may get a sense that it's not really them but rather a thought form. They may recollect the meeting as dreaming something about you but that doesn't necessarily mean they recall your message.
