I will be talking here about body paralysis induced with projectable double trying to reenter its physical body.

Yesterday morning about 10 O'clock when i wake up I was totally refreshed and relaxed, I wanted to have an OBE, and I did with heavy vibs especially in my head. After I left my body without any technique, I flew to the window with my RTB eyes closed and I stand next to my window, instead to open my projectable double's eyes I opened my physical eyes...in that moment my physical body was lying on its left side, I opened my physical eyes and I couldn't move a muscle, just my eyes. I try desperately to move my right hand coz my left was under my pillow, strangely I could move my right hand but I was looking at my right hand and it didn't move at all, I realize that hand I was moving was my projectable double's hand, and I realize that I having a full body paralysis coz of my projectable double reintegration failure, it was only partial reintegration. It was very strange to move invisible hand, and it was really really real. I touched my face with it and I could feel everything like I was touching with my real hand, then I touch my bed and I pushed it down to see if I can deepen it a little, and I did just like it will be if I done it with my real hand...After full reintegration my paralysis was gone I though that my imagination was toying with me, there is no way that my RTB hand could do something like that?! I was skeptical till this morning. Read below.

This morning about 9 O'clock, same story as above. I was lying on my left and I felt not so strong vibs, and when I left my physical I was going up to the ceiling. My RTB eyes was closed and the moment I was try to open them instead I opened my physical, In that point projection was gone and I again felt full body paralisys and again coz my projectable double's reintegration failure. I tried so hard to move any part of my body starting from the legs, but i only could move my right invisible arm. This time I wanna to see if yesterday's 'bed touching thing' was real. I touched my pillow on its left side and I could move it just a little bit and I also move a sheet off my bed, very little but very noticeable. After that reintegration ends, paralysis too.

I do not know how do I affect 'real world' with my etheric hand, but I did coz I saw it with my physical eyes and after that second experience I know it was really real.
I think when I sleep on my left side the chances are far more greater to have an body paralysis, few months ago I have a full body paralysis coz I was on my left side when I project.

I will try again sometimes to prove this little more...What do you think about this, have you ever experienced something similar?

Something similar happens to me when I lie on my right side, but I don't enjoy it so I try not to.
If you want to turn this into a complete projection, instead of trying to touch things around you, aim for the roof or the roof corner (this is Robert's famous finger-corner method) and use your whole consciousness to try to touch the roof. Chances are that you will detach completely from your body when you do this.

I will try to touch my ceiling. It is a really f**ked up feeling and I don't wanna experience it anymore. Thanks for your answer and that technique.
