Hi folks,

I'm having some confusion about the term "astral movements". Is that when I'm feeling e.g. my arms/hands popping up or other muscles are doing some pulse-like automatic movements or when I'm feeling e.g. falling off the chair? Or both?

I'd say that astral movements are both the falling off the chair instance or times when you feel your arms or legs are floating but you know the physical ones are lying still. The pulse-like automatic thing may be a different thing, mainly energetic flow sensations on your physical nerves, and not necessarily your energy body itself.
