Ok, believe it or not, I found it when I was looking for something else.
In MAP, Day 90, page 436 on my edition:
I'll paraphrase some, quotes are verbatim.
Reach with your astral arms up to the ceiling. Extend the right arm/hand towards the right corner above/behind you. "where the walls meet the corner of the ceiling". "Feel your imaginary hand & fingers burrowing into the corner, digging into the dry and gritty sheetrock, plaster, and wood. Feel this texture...as you dig them into this material. Imagine this sensation as realistically as you can."
Do the same with the left arm/hand.
"Continue to imagine and feel both hands simultaneously burrowing into the corners".
Then, do one of two things:
1-Continue holding your awareness hands in this position. Or,
2-Pull on one arm first, then the other, alternating (like arm pulls, but holding on to the corners.)
Experiment with both, see which one works better for you. I rather like option 2, the arm-pull one.
