Default spirit is making my cat nuts, cat is making me nuts
I understand animals see spirits all the time but this one will not leave her alone and appears to be trying to entice her to run away.

She will stare fixedly at an invisible something and begin to howl, over and over, and then follow it all over the house. From watching her eyes and head moments it has an erratic flight pattern, like a dragonfly or bumblebee, up and down, to and fro, then it appears to swoop down over her, and she will roll over and mew and paw at it.

It will go just outside the front door, causing her to paw at the door crack, trying to catch it, then back inside, through the house, and out the back door, which she will also paw at.

Front door to back door, back door to front, through the house like this, over and over, she won't stop mewing and following this thing whatever it is, and it's beginning to seriously freak me out.

It's like she's on drugs. Sometimes it will float on over towards me and she will climb over me like I'm not even there trying to get to it.

I am in the process of moving out of this place, and apparently that has stirred something up and caused disruption. At first I thought she was having moving anxiety until I noticed she was actually following something.

I am at my wits end.

My cats do the same thing, but I just sit back and enjoy the show.
The only time this freaks me out is when they start looking at me like something's behind me (or over me) and sort of back away from me. That's when I know it's time to smudge.

The cat ran away today, chased that thing right out the door and up the neighbors fence. Howling and meowing so that even passers by were stopping to as questions.

I remain baffled.

I did a clearing on the new place. I haven't moved in yet. Maybe it followed me back here.

Cft: You're picking up on the neighbors dog, her name is "Flower."

As for the cat I keep having to catch her and bring her back.

I hope this all smooths over after the move.

You probably could try and trap the thing in a cage. Will energy to harden around the spirit. Then proceed to smash it repeatedly into the wall until it learns his/her/its lesson.

Okay. Recently learned it's that same frienemy who's been pestering me forever; I blocked her from getting to me so now she's toying with the cat. She does really like cats.

Cat you put a protection/ward around the cat, too? Try warding your home and everything in it. I use the precise term: "this property and everything within it or upon it".

Yeah, I do that @ night. It's not a constant thing anymore, just the occasional nuisance. Hope I have it squared away now.

I snapped a few pictures of her while it was happening, thinking that by manipulating the images and playing with the light/contrast, to see if anything showed up, would make for an interesting experiment. But I don't have a program for it and would have to borrow someones computer.

I remember once, back 15+ years ago... my family's first dog would stare up at the ceiling once in a while.
Was kinda creepy... >_>
