Hello this is my first post here really need your help..

Lately when I projecting, I´ve got extreme pain in my stomach. sometimes on the left side sometimes on the right side.. It has happened 3-4 times and after I have woked up it hurts all the day.. Im only 21 years old so I don´t think its a physical problem..I only get the pain when I´m projecting.. It really really hurts for a few seconds and then usually i wake up and can feel it in the stomach.. Is it a neg attack or something? I don´t know why a neg would attack me.. What can I do?

Sometimes When I would find myself in Sleep paralysis, I would force my astral body out and everytime I tried I would feel an intense pain in my stomach like It was being cut open.

In hindsight, I realize that I was exiting my physical body via my Lower Tan Tien (aka the navel) . Now , I am used to it and can handle the pain because i know that its not real and has no lasting effect. so I just focus on my breath and exit!

I dont know if its similar to what you experienced. Unless your stomach is having digestive issues with Foods you have been eating lately?

First of all I'm going to say " I Don't Know"; I have only felt pain when there was a physical reason- or I was exerting too much pressure in trying to get out, causing tension on my physical body (kind of like pushing or tensing). That's all I can offer.
I don't know if it could be negs- one way to test would be to put salt on the areas where the pain is and then do an exit, and see if it makes a difference.

Yeah sounds like what I´ve experienced, like an intense burn in the stomach.. Last time it happened was when I got out of my body but was stuck at the end of my bed i couldn´t move so instead i tried to focus on my breathing and that was when I got the pain.. Another time was in the RTZ and i projected into a backdrop i have on the wall, the backdrop is very chaotic in green black yellow colors in a psychedelic pattern and the pain came when i projected into it.. Don´t think it´s a physical thing, but the night before i had been out drinking lot of beer so maybe it was the kidney or something :S but i´ve got it on my right side too sometimes.. Will test the salt thing maybe some energy work will help.. thanks for the tips!!

Im pretty sure now it´s an energy thing, maybe an energy blockage.. Had an OBE for an hour ago and I were blind in the RTZ so i tried a mental projection to a friends home the vibrations kicked in hard and then the pain so I aborted that.. asked for sight in the RTZ instead and got it. Jumped into the astral, and as usual a strong "windlike" force pulled me somewhere in the astral dimension.. Now the pain came on both sides both it was handable, but it hurted so much.. Anyway it was almost black everywhere like i were blind, and kept travelling by the wind.. When I looked down i saw my body and it was golden, my feets where together.. It was a strange real feeling i it must have been my energy body? I was so shocked by this that i searched for my physical body and woked up.. I believe more and more that astral projection is not only going on in my head..

Btw the first time I had an OBE a circulated around a pentagram, it was a powerful feeling.. I have a friend who had his first OBE for a couple of nights ago and it was a goat just like the occult symbol with the two horns and evil face.. Is it usual with ocuult symbol like these when out of body?

What's common is for you to see sometimes geometric objects in your vision screen after returning from an OBE, or before phasing into the astral. That the both of you observed 'occult symbols' indicates that those came from your subconscious.
Reality fluctuations (that is, inserted objects from the subconscious) are common, they're just not usually occult symbols.


ps. Please get checked out for any underlying physical problem you may have. Sometimes this is reflected in the energy body, and the state of trance is heightened awareness of your body as much as your mind- so it's possible that this pain is physical.
