Woke up at 9 a.m., after five hours of sleep . . . er, unconsciousness, with the intent to upload more chapters to authonomy and give attention to some good works there, but then I get to thinkin I wanna do some energy work. I always wanna do energy work during the day, but I never get the chance, so today I took that chance.

I'm a firm believer in Robert Bruce's Tactile Imaging method. Hey, it works, and ya can't argue with what works.

Got this callus on the tip of my left second toe which starts hurting when I get energy moving through my feet, and it continues throughout.

Got full-body circuit going and energy going into my sub-navel storage area, and I tried to get a full body energy bounce going, and I got it going from feet to just above the crown of my head, although a bit weak, and I tried working on my primary energy centers--and all the while, like, three to five minutes apart, I get these spasms in the middle of my back on the right side . . . annoying and baffling, but I tried not to let it bother me. My dry mouth did bother me, though, and at times I had to come back from drifting off into dreamland.

I'm seein' lots of energy movement behind my closed eyelids, so I wanna climb the rope, and I try, but my body gets all tense, and I try to relax--because, in a trance, your mind is supposed to be awake, but your body is supposed to be asleep--and keep climbing, and it's, like, lots of excitement, and I'm almost there, and stuff, and I'm tryin' to relax, and . . . did it happen? Did the mind split do its thing?

So I concentrate; hey, projected double, you out there? And I'm seeing or imagining scratchy black and white stuff of what I've always thought I'd do, of my OBE mission, but....

Then I turn on my side, and that's when a weirder thing happened:

I feel as if I'm seeing out of my forehead--I kid you not, man, and it's a very grainy scene, as if watching an old black and white television with ♥♥♥♥ty reception, and I'm feeling these heavy vibrations and rough sensations--physically--but I tell myself to just go with it, and as the scratchy scene comes into focus, I see a cute, healthy baby, about maybe six months old, then my body jerks--I mean, a full body JOLT, and I sit up.

After that I go to sleep and dream of sex, but that's weird, too: I'm with my wife, but where, I don't know, then my ex-wife's younger brother and sister come in and catch us and say what a ♥♥♥♥ed up family it all is.

Bottom line: Do you think it's my imagination?

What do you think happened or what do you think it means?

I think you had exit symptoms and astral sight. It's possible that you projected briefly around your room and possibly into the void for a few moments and came back quickly.

Imagination is something you do, not something you experience. I don't think you imagined it, like a daydream.

But could you possibly expand on 'into the void'?

I get them sometimes when going to sleep, i think its just another symptom some people get when going to a very relaxed state. When your brainwaves get slower it magnifies how much you feel them.

That sounds like it's right on . . . , but I'm not sure if I was really relaxed. I mean, I wanted to be, but my entire body was kind of tense. I still have much work to do with the Trance State.

In the past, on going to sleep, I used to feel a tickle on my back, and I even felt as if I were getting poked, and I thought it was ghosts--my wife says she's seen some here in our place, says we're in some spirit pathway for the Buddhist temple in our neighborhood, says we have a lonely little girl in our complex who died in an accident out front, and I used to have this encased, homemade Japanese doll that my wife got from an old woman who'd made it and used to tickle my wife's back . . . it used to be at my back.

But the ongoing spasms and JOLT I felt the other day when I wanted to be in a trance was all new to me.

I feel Astral Dynamics has changed my life and awareness--there is no going back; I hope it leads to bigger and better things, and I'm grateful for this forum. I just wish I had more time to join in discussions and the knowledge to give back.

I reckon as you keep trying and gain further practical expeience and knowledge, you'll be able to have more involving discussions with current member and help out new ones.
