i was relaxing in my bed and practising visualizeaiton and at first i was have bits of dream fragments come and go in my minds eye ,during the hole time i was lisening to a song called suicide terrorest by kreator , one of my favorate metal bands on repeat ,i dont know what it is with music and obe but for me it has always played a major part.any way getting back to my story.after a littel wile trance paralyses came over me during a fast gutar solo in the song i was lisening to, so i began to try to spin my self ,and i was actuality spinnig inside my self! and i spun right out of my body seeing my self curled up in my blankets on my bed ,now i looked around my room and evrery thing looked big and enormous,like as if i was as small as a fly or something, i floated over to my bed room window,and when i wanted to look at my hands i then seemed to grow to my normal size,looking at my glowing and tranceparant hands i said out loud 'yessss i am out! the i thought i would try to go out side through my window to try to fly around and enjoy the nice summer day. so i went through the window and glyded down to the pavement of what i thuoght was my parking lot but when i lifted up my head and looked around i was in this different place unfomilure to me.it looked like a normal neighborhood with streets,trees and houses.but also was like a pardise,so the firts thing i was going to try was shape shifting,i tryed to look like the incredible hulk i watched my arms get big and turn green and i slammed my arms down on the pavement like the incredible hulk would do but i was haveing trouble ceeping the hulk shape , as i was struggeling with my poor shape shifting this man came up to me and started talking to me.this is what he looked like ..'he was a older black man with grey hair and was wareing a dark blue bisness suit with a red tie that had a golde clipe on it,he was very nice to me and a reminded me of a cherch osher a littel.so i start haveing a conversation with him then i look up at the sky and it was full of stars and purple clowds very strange,and i noticed that the sky was night but the grownd was day.and sunny,so i said to the nice man in the bisness sute 'this is not earth is it?and he replied back 'no this is planet b 27'. and i continued to have this long and deep conversation,i pinched my checks and said is this a dream?he smied and thought that was funny.i was stareing at every thing around me pine trees and such and he and i got into this discussion about what happens after you die, told hime you must be a good person or you will go to hell and he said to me this is a place of peace those who die come hear.so i finished the talk and said i would like to walk around and explore.so i was walking and looked to my right and saw the most beautiful lake and and flowers i had ever seen,so i walk a littel more and across the street is another man in a bisness sute,'he was a white man in a grey sute and tie holding a clipboard in his hand ,he had brown hair and a mustach,he had a bunch of people fallowing him,it looked to me like he was showing them around.when he saw me he waved at me and called my name as if he knew me, with a big smiel on his face he came over and started talking to me ,'i cant remember what we were disscussing, all i remember is he was talking about some deep spiritual thing with his arm around my sholder and it was very intence.so i said goodby to him continued on my way thinking to my self 'what if i get stuck here and cannot return to my body?'so i saw this brige and tryed to fly but all i could do was jump really high and slowly flote down like as if i was on the moon.i fell off the brige into the small stream below as i was climing up and out frome under the bridge this dog came up to me and was licking my face,and over to my right their was a man haveing a cooke out in his backyard,and he was yelling at his dog to come back,then i clime out and look and see houses and streets that seem to go on forever wow!
