Hello dear Astral Dynamics Forum members.
Ive been a member on this site for quite a while,since 2007 but i never posted because i had nothing to say,so i just read.

In the past ive been interested in AP for a long time,i bought Astral Dynamics book many many years ago but at first i was scared to try the things,and lately when i developed some courage i was bored to read all the explanation and do all the work.I tried the rope some times and once i had rapid heartbeat.

Today i was meditating,i was doing some breath exercises breathing light.Then i went to sleep.I had a lucid dream,and i have had tons of lucid dreams,and i have a fair skill.At some point i woke up from the lucid dream,or at least thats what i thought.

I found myself in bed,i tried to move my hands and they went right through the library.I thought i might still be in a lucid dream,but it was sooo diffirent.I had many ld and this was diffirent.I could feel my hands SUPERLIGHT and i had a weird feeling inside i dont even know how to describe,like i had a melodic vibration within(?).

I tried to fly as i would in a ld but i couldnt.I found myself falling around the bed and probably through the wall to the next room.I asked for LIGHT NOW but it didnt work.I tried to open my eyes but i saw myself from the bed perspective.I looked at my hands in a red small light that exists in the room and they were weird but not melting i guess.I started to move,i dont even know how i did it,i just did it,i went to some rooms (and i was still feeling superlight and moving like a thief!) then in the living room i looked at the time in the digital clock,it said 4.27.In the kitchen i thought about the astral realms,i was too scared to try anything like that,safe known places is enough for now.In the balcony i thought where to go,after a while i woke up,and i looked at my analog watch that said "4.30".Now im writing this.

My question is,was that really an astral projection?It felt diffirent but i still have my doubts because many classic elements were missing i think.

Another time last year i had a dream that half my body was outside,but i saw the time in my computer next to me and in reality my pc was closed and the time was wrong,so i thought it was just a dream.

That's interesting that you could read the digital clock. I would like to test this with family and wondered how to do this.

If digital clock is that readable, I guess a laptop screen would also be.

If I picked what sounds like a very typical OBE to the RTZ of the spontaneous kind, I'd pick yours. I can't imagine what elements you think are missing.
