So, what happened two nights ago:
This felt totally real to me. I was convinced that I was awake, heading downstairs in our apartment. I had a weird visual overlay over my normal vision. A square part, like a square standing on one edge (diamond-shaped?) was perceiving differently. I related this square to my third eye - I had a weird flash I guess of seeing this diamond shape on my head with an eye in it. (That was a bit creepy) The way it was perceiving differently was this: Everything within the diamond-shape was overlayed with energy structures, like translucent clouds or fog. Whatever came into my vision was overlayered with this extra information within this part of my vision. So, I went into the downstairs child bedroom, where there was an empty crib which I took to be my son's. I saw energy around it and I dispersed it with my mind. Then this whole energy vision started to spook me. Being convinced that I am awake and I might run into some spooks, I was a bit worried I might see something that might scare me this way. Hehe, I was always one of the kind that pulls the blanket over the head and thinks that makes me more safe. ![]() I head back upstairs, and I think my wife is still awake. She's talking. It takes me awhile to recognise she's not talking to me. Then I notice that she's not talking! I must be reading her thoughts, for some reason I suddenly think that she's starting to dream and I listen to her thoughts. End of experience. Now, what helped me figure out that this cannot have happened while walking around the apartment is that we have no downstairs bedroom! Also, my son was sleeping in the only available crib. There's no downstairs crib of the kind I saw, either. So that helped me establish that this must have been some spontaneous projection. These weird diamond-shaped visuals were quite unexpected. Hehe, I was always one of the kind that pulls the blanket over the head and thinks that makes me more safe. As a suggestion i'd try to boost your confidence when this sort of thing happens. Fear always stopped my projections short and I don't wish it on anyone else.
