I finally felt the vibes--quite sure I had a partial exit, but my imagination took over--no astral noise or nothin' of the like.

I'm re-reading Astral Dynamics ' cause I want to. It's a great book!

The latter part of it was kind of freaky, but I can't wait to get there again.

I just need to cut down on the booze and eating out every night.

Mind you, I do keep a healthy diet; raw bell peppers and carrots and natto are my favorite!
