What are the best obe techniques. Since i feel that I'm goin to be free'd with no demons. I can project to higher realms. First I need to get my energy raising sorted.

I'd like to know what is the best way to get to a higher dimension. Plus I'd like to know what is the most best working projection technique. I could try the rope technique once more. But I'd like someone to teach it to me thanks.
