I saw mine for the first time this week. It was like a thread coming out of my projected double. I didn't see it connect to my physical body though. It was a spontaneous projection, kinda distracting because I kept bouncing in and out as I was falling asleep.

I have always heard that we stay connected to the physical body by a silver cord, but this was my first experience seeing it.

I still haven't seen it. But then I never look for it.
