Default i keep getting stuck?
Hello

i have been interested in APing for a few months, and recently i have been making some sort of progress, but seem to be getting stuck or something.
i have a routine that involves waking early in the morning, taking a shower, then mantra meditating for around two hours, near the end of mantra meditation i will usually be quite drowsy, and quite relaxed. i use this opportunity to take a nap that segways into vibrations very quickly. i feel as if i am floating above my body, hear voices and conversations, and sometimes have limited vision. Also i have been feeling very strong "pulling" sensations, like someone is trying to pull me out of my physical body by my feet, or times when it feels as if someone else is moving around my astral limbs. (like having opposing magnets in each hand and trying to push them together)

this can happen once or twice every morning if i follow the routine.

the problem is that i can move around to a certain extent, but seem to be stuck to my physical body every time. i can roll, but only to a certain degree.
i do not believe that i am APing, but think i am quite close. these experiences always end pretty quickly, and when they do i feel myself "settling" back into my body.

has anyone had similar experiences or got any advice/info as to what exactly is going on?

any help would be greatly appreciated! cheesy

I do think you are APing, but still not quite disconnected from your body. Have you tried to launch yourself away from your body? My first concern would be to see if you have enough energy to project away from it. Next time you feel floaty try to get up. If you do in body you're not relaxed enough. If you float away will yourself (or direct yourself) away from your body. If you go back in stay in trance, do some meditation/energy raising and keep trying. Sometimes the trance has to be deep enough, sometimes it's a matter of energy.

great cftraveler, thanks for the info

when i try to float away i usually come back into my body, so lack of energy may be it.

i am not very aware of energy raising techniques, how do you go about this.. i do sometimes try to focus on my chakras and "open them" but i am never sure if i am really doing anything.. can you feel when you raise your energy?

thanks!
