This is ANAND. When iam in OBE i will go certain distance from house.
then search for any words or numbers written on walls or any hoardings. I will remember those words and numbers and return immediately to my body. During obe i feel the roads and the environment are familiar to me.But after my return i really dont know the roads to go and verify. Has any one of U verified their OBE this way. PLZ share ur experience. |

I recommend going to an intersection that has frequent car accidents, or an Hospital emergency room, or a police station, or someplace with newsworthy events happening. Events that involve people, though, because that is key for recall.
Many people want to memorize 13-digit UPC's or ISBN #s, but our higher aspects are not very interested in that. That same with roads, roadsigns, stuff like that. But, if that is the route you want to take, I recommend you spend at least several days preparing, by visualizing the thing you want to remember, such as roadways, or street signs. Part of the reason that stuff is hard to remember is because it's very hard for our waking brain to recall it, and it can require training. Also spend several days manifesting your intention, and make it specific. Maybe you can do something creative, like projecting to a late-night coffee shop and reading the band-posters that you find. Or looking at the yard sale signs on a telephone pole. It depends on your area, but i recommend going somewhere close by. I don't validate this way very often, because when i project in real time, i usually phase into different "instances" in and out of real time. And my definition of Validate is non-sequitur anyway. ok, my opinion just changed: if i were you, i would project, then hand over the reins to my higher self and say: "okay self - give me an experience I can validate." (I would still do a lot of affirmations with this beforehand). good luck! |
