Hi there
![]() so, ive posted a question regarding this some time ago, but i have more information now and i thought maybe some fresh insight would be handy because im starting to get frustrated.. i am perpetually running into an obstacle during OBE, and for the life of me i cannot figure out what the hell it is. this only happens when i project into my apartment, and im assuming it is the RTZ or very close to it because everything in my apartment corresponds to the waking life almost exactly. for some reason i am unable to see out of my right eye initially, and this eventually turns to almost total blindness which incapacitates me for the duration of the projection. i am able to move freely and all other senses are intact. during the projection on sunday, for a few seconds i had vision in both eyes, and as soon as i started to go about my business, i encountered this issue. i tried everything i could think of to combat it, raising my vibrations, forcing clarity, asking for help out loud, and with each attempt, i could feel intense pressure building in the right side of my head to the point of feeling like my skull was going to crack which scared me, so i relented and let the projection end. it almost felt like everything i tried to do maybe cost me energy or something, or caused it to build up only in the right side of my head for some reason... this dilemma is recent, ive been projecting successfully for a while now, and when i project to other regions or experience lucid dreaming, i have no issue whatsoever, i have good control and a strong signal. im not aware of any energy blocks in my body, during daily meditation my entire body pulses with energy which moves freely on both the right and left sides of my body. ive considered that maybe something is hanging around my apartment leeching energy from me, but i dont perceive other entities in my presence, and it seems odd they would effect only the right side of my head. but then again, i dont know ![]() any thoughts or recommendations will make you a friend for life ![]() |

Just some thoughts- the fact that the vision is dependent on 'eyes', something that you don't have when projecting, makes me think that you are bilocating and don't realize it, and that your vision sense is depending on your physical eyes, which of course are closed- which is superimposing over the perceptions you are having while 'out'. I've had similar problems that seem to have resolved themselves once I realized that was the problem- that I was processing info from 'in' body and 'out of' body at the same time- something that doesn't happen when you dream because of how 'turned off' your body is.
As to what to do? No idea. Maybe when you find yourself in this situation try to 'feel' where you're at- and see if you can 'simultaneously separate' both inputs, and focus on the 'out of body' in a tactile-feedback way, and you may find yourself on an astral region as opposed to the rtz. Think of it as an interesting experiment as opposed to a perception problem- and it may change the way your experience becomes. Good luck. |

wow, interesting... so, admittedly im not familiar with bilocation
![]() ![]() i think that getting as much information about bilocation as i can and taking your recommendations will be a very good start on this. there are no words to describe the joy i will feel should i get past this ![]() |

I hope it was helpful- We're praying (Ok I'm praying) that when the website is finished revamping all the links point to the right places.
To put it simply, when you project you bilocate or multilocate- in other words you are in your body as well as everywhere else. When your brain lets go of the idea that 'you' can only be in one place at the same time, you begin to process the 'being in body' and the 'being out of body' at the same time- something the brain (not the mind) is not used to, and it does weird perceptual things like projecting-in place (my own label) or blind or one-eyed projections- and all other possible things, like projecting and seeing a vision screen and being in bed all at the same time. So get used to weirdness- as I said before, the rabbit hole runs deep. |

as I said before, the rabbit hole runs deep. man, you said it sister. im one of the weirdos that finds comfort in believing theres no end to it
![]() im quite sure this has been helpful, i just emerged from my daily nap after work, and would you believe i was experiencing this issue in an unconscious dream but with my left eye (and for some reason i was in a grocery store down town), and during this episode i was working on how to reconcile being in two places at once, i tried feeling out where i was, but im not sure i had success yet, the blindness in my left eye persisted.. and on top of that i awoke in my bed laying on my left side ![]() i dont usually have this kind of immediate response unless im on to something... so i cant thank you enough. so a few thoughts - originally i viewed this as an energy issue, back when it used to happen on occassion, i figured that you needed a full energy tank to experience a complete separation from the physical body, and half a tank would get you a partial separation and get you stuck inbetween, but now this theory this isnt jibing with my experience. my energy, mental and physical bodies are the strongest theyve ever been, and this bilocation state im experiencing is increasing accordingly. although its odd that i didnt deal with this when i first started projecting.. do you think there might be levels of bilocation? i am going to do some experimentation, i'll try separating the inputs as you suggested. have you experienced letting go of your mind being confined to only one place at a time? or are you saying that a successful projection is a manifestation of the multi-processing? this seems like a monumental task for an ego the size of mine ![]() also, another thing that occurred to me this evening was a practice in tibetan dream yoga that i never managed to pull off. the monks would learn to multiply themselves during conscious dream states. i couldnt wrap my head around the idea, and didnt see the point at the time, so i let it go. imagine that ![]() how refreshing it is that just this morning i thought i had a major obstacle to overcome, and now this evening it seems possible that i simply have a new conscious state to learn how to handle. |
