Default If you can't open your astral eyes during an OBE?
Hi everyone. I am just curious as to whether a fairly regular occurance during my dreams could be indicative of a low level OBE.

I have read Robert writing in his books that sometimes, if the person projects with a weak energetic astral double the projection can seem very slow, not colourful etc.

The issue is that during several of my dreams, it seems really vivid compared to dreams, yet I am exhausted INSIDE the dream to the point that I am struggling to open my eyes within the dream. Is this also symptomatic of a low level weak energy OBE?

Many thanks

I think so. I think that if you've projected unconsciously and are close enough to feedback without waking, you'll have the experience with the perception of your body (that is, paralyzed and eyes closed). You struggle to interact with the dream, but the bilocation doesn't let you disengage with the weak body.
I actually get it so bad sometimes that my dreams involve me in my bed in the dream scenario. Sometimes I'm aware of what's happening and I just look at the situation and try to enjoy it passively, but sometimes I lose lucidity and waste all my energy trying to 'wake up'. It is a pain & in happens in clusters.
I don't have any good ideas other than energy raising, getting a good moon tan (that does help me, even though it sounds loony- but then that's where the word loony came from, lol) and when you're going through those, don't attempt any exits, and keep your meditation sessions focused on awareness, not exit.
Good luck, I feel your pain.
If you find a cure for this let me know.

i think i've experienced this before. its like i am very tired physically inside the dream, i sort of know i am dreaming and am trying to control it but i lack the energy to make anything happen. once i was chased by a dog, i tried to run but i just cant get myself to move.. soon i was bitten by the dog and it woke me up, but i was already half woken up during the dream.

A couple nights ago I projected twice, partially and blind.

I was in a liminal state, below dreaming but still barely conscious, and a thought came to me that i should "pull energy down, the way it's supposed to be done (?)" and I simultaneously pulled massive amounts of energy down from high above my crown, and up from deep below my feet, and in an area much wider than my physical body, and it was surprising how much energy came. The first time, I was kicked into one of those blind, falling scenarios, and I seemed to fall for minutes, before partially projecting, but being stuck in my crown and rotating backwards. it was kind of silly, rotating like that, and eventually i ended up back in my body.

i pulled energy again, only this time i didn't get the falling, I popped right out but got stuck in the tip of my thumb, blind again. It was really strange, i was moving at strange angles, rotating about my thumb.

I'm sure I was low on energy, but i wasn't trying to project either. i don't even know where that thought came from.

I heard there are a few techniques that help you get more energy and awareness.. When ur in the astral body I heard if you say Energy Now, or Awareness now it actually helps you. I heard that some people have problems controling which direction they travel but you can say Window now or something like that and you will travel to where ever you say. Maybe something to try out..
