This morning I was close to having a spontanous Astral Projection, but when I was thinking and imagening feeling my astral body I must have thought of my real body because my leg twitched and the feelings dissapeared.
Should I just have ignored theese feelings and focused on my breathing or is there a way to train the astral body to be less sensitive? I try to do energy work each day and mind taming/relaxation each day too. /Magic |

Exit techniques that don't focus on the energy body include focusing on external objects when having Astral Sight, asking hypnagogics for help and just focusing on any external object, such as a vortex.
Other exit techniques that use minimal energy body movement can include 'mentally following' any wave or movement sensation that is already happening, such as rocking, floating, etc. |

This morning I was close to having a spontanous Astral Projection, but when I was thinking and imagening feeling my astral body I must have thought of my real body because my leg twitched and the feelings dissapeared. are ones where i cant tell the difference between physical and astral body so don't call it into question or relise that I'm out of phase (still in phisical body but conscious has shifted over) and i don't try to get out per say.I will become aware that my arm is through the bed and i can feel the wood floor under it (i have a high bed and cant touch the floor from a liying position) i can feel the texture of the base and it feels like verry soft sponge or thick bubbles i can knock on floor, my touch is verry presant and i can do this for a few min.i can hear external noises like snoring or the cat! and a warm vibration running from my feet to my head.It leaves no question what so ever that this is a O.B.E. ![]() ![]() Kind Regards.Martin |
