Over the past few days my cats have been ''picking up'' on things flying around the house. I haven't felt much, but that all changed within the last hour.

All day I have been getting sensations in my crown chakra. Like cramps.

I decided to meditate a little while ago and what happened has astounded me. I began my energy work and then decided to open my eyes. I saw an orb, a little gold colored light, almost like a moth, flying in an almost zigzag pattern in front of me. I don't know if what I did next was correct or not. I spoke to it, I asked it if it was positive to give me a sign. Seconds later my crown chakra began spinning. I then asked for a name, but got no response. I then said I was willing to communicate with it. As I said this my body was overcome with a rush. I almost lost consciousness. I then began to get some sensations more of a sexual nature(maybe just root chakra activity?) and thought ''wait a minute''. I commanded it to stop. The sensations have quieted down, though I'm still pretty shakey.

Though I'm putting this is Astral Awareness, I know there is a possibility that this could be some kind of attack. Since I told it to stop I've been getting negative ''pit in my stomach'' type feelings near my solar plexus and belly button.

There are a few possibilities. I've recently got a new job and one of my coworkers is kind of negative and profane, could it be a neg, maybe a succubi? On the other hand I've been trying to get into contact with my spirit guide(s) lately. Could this have been my guide making a move? I don't sense a negative atmosphere in my home, and I feel like this spirit has emotions, like it's a person. I don't really know what to think. I'd appreciate any input.

If you are thinking of an attack without any further evidence of malicious intent (it did what you said - it communicated when you allowed it and stopped when you disallowed it) this is probably only your own fear.

I don't get that from your post. IMO there would be no doubt if this was an attack.

Spirits usually are persons. Non-incarnate persons.

I don't really know what to think. I'd appreciate any input.

Don't worry so much. I guess it's not bad, though I can only guess. It does not really sound bad, does it?

Look at the weird things that happen to Leyla with her astral surgery. But it seems to be for the better...

Yeah, I hope I didn't scare them away with my reaction. I do feel different today, I feel as though it did something. Could someone please explain what ''astral surgery'' is? Is it what I experienced? It was definately doing something with my crown chakra.

It doesn't sound like astral surgery to me. Ever heard of entrainment?

When we are around higher vibrating energy, our energy automatically speeds up to match it. The same is true with lower vibrating energies. We try to match it. This is why it is good to avoid things that are obviously vibrating at a lower level. It's like when you get around a person who is very negative with their thoughts and they never have anything good to say; after being around them for a little while you feel depressed. Your vibration has slowed down to match theirs.

I think what happened in your experience was your crown chakra opened up and started vibrating faster when the orb was around. It is natural and certainly nothing to be frightened of. Whenever my guide or the beings I channel want to talk to me I feel my crown chakra vibrate faster. It is kind of a strange sensation, but it always means something good is about to happen.

I was only giving an example. I never said this is what happened.
