Default some succes with magnets
Last night before I went to sleep I tried on some magnets.
Without expecting anything to happen (placebo) I felt my dreams felt much more real and intense.

I also had several automatic projections (although they quickly turned into dreams) and I felt more energized too.
Have any of you had success with magnets and obe attempts.

I this new q-link thing anything to buy?

/Karl

hmmmm i've heard of therapy using magnets but are there any side effects from using magnets?
i mean they do alter your brain functions, leaving one side weak n the other stronger. I'd be wary if i haven't done any research on this.

If you've ever had an MRI, the magnetic force that your body is put through is far beyond anything you've probably experienced in your everyday environment. I found that the MRI helped me meditate, partly because I had to hold still for an hour while it was being done (it takes so long) AND partly because you can't move or the film will be blurred.

Recently, I bought about 20 hematite rocks that are strongly magnetic and tried sleeping with them clustered on my solar plexus. That didn't do anything! But then I tried putting them on the side of the bed I don't sleep on, and that seems to have a positive effect on how many OBE/lucid dreams I have.

i just thought as magnets pull the electric currents in the brain to one side to power it up, the otherside would be less strong, and brains are highly adaptive organs, i just thought over time it may influence the way your brain functions.

so what are the general rules for using magnets in this way?
where is best to place them? touching the body or not? which parts of the body?..etc..
does it matter which polarity is closest to you?

If anyone knows how hematite magnets can be placed while one is sleeping, please let me know! I'm kind of just experimenting with random arrangements of them, I don't really know what the rules are. I wish I could figure out some way to "wear" them while I sleep, but because I toss and turn a lot, they end up being uncomfortable if I put them in a wool cap or something like that.

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. I used hematite in my socks when I was trying to not be forcibly pulled out, and used hematite toe rings in this way.
