Hello all,
just want to tell about my recent OBE, it happend this night as i was
having some dream from which i suddenly became lucid, the dream "went away",
and i was paralyzed in my body not being able to move,
I know from experience that my body was asleep but my mind was fully awake and
i was able to analyze the situation.

Normally to get an obe at this stage i chant a mantra or concentrate on raising energy,
but this time i went for another aproach.
I forcefully willed my astral arms to grab the windowshelf (my bed is under the window) and thereby
drag myself out of the body. Normally this result in waking up but this time with great effort i actually
pulled my astral body loose, well it was halfway out as i could see from my astral body.

Strange enough the astral body was all black and it looked kinda weird with my astral arms being pitch
black as i dragged myself out.
I tried to will myself out and raise some energy at that point, but I didnt seem to get more than half out of body this time.

At one point i thought the pulling out was my own physical body, that i simply had grabbed the ledge in my sleep, but
i found out that it was actually the astral body. The feeling of it was very physical as you might have expected from
doing it with your physical body.

I had 100% presence of mind, and I tried my best to think of how i might exit the body completely, i think i might have
forced it too much and thereby not letting go.
Still the blackness of the astral body puzzels me.

Maybe you hijacked a shadow person's body lol just kidding. That would be weird.....projecting into another entity's body XD I make up the silliest things....
