Greetings all,
In these early hours of the night I practiced OBE lieing in bed,
the "problem" is that when i got out of body I wasn't in my room where
I normally sleep but in a room where i had slept 10+ years earlier and
was very disoriented because i though when you got an obe, you exited
your body where it was from the moment you fell asleep.

Well I got out of body but from another place, and started to explore,
found some people watching tv and tried to touch them and get their attention (just to test),
but my arm went through them ofcourse.
I went on and found someone reading when it occoured to me that i needed something to
verify my trip. I thought that i might wanna remember the title from the book, but strangely
I got to the conclusion that the title was to hard to remember, so I decided to remember something
from a page in the book (hard to verify when you dont know the title :/).
The guy reading was on page 30 in that book which had a picture of noblemen or some kind of guardsmen,
dressed in red uniforms.

I memorized the details and ordered myself back to my body and found myself in my real bed where i
began sleep, still being sleep paralyzed.
I forced myself to wake up, and then i recorded the incident.

This incident felt pretty much like an OBE and my analytic mind was processing the input I got
all along, clarity was good, with colors like in real life sound was also audible.
Only thing strange from my normal obe's was that I exited the body from another location
where I don't live anymore.

The reason I took the page number and the details from that page is that I though my
physical body was at the location, and that I was able to physically verify the contents
of the book when i woke up, but ofcourse I woke up where i went to sleep.

Any thoughts on this?
Can your spirit exit from another viecle than your normal body?
Do we infact have multiple bodies in several time frames and are able
to access those?

That's what I think. It's possible that you were already there visiting and transported yourself there and experienced an exit from the body of either whoever lives there now, or your past body, or something in between.

I think its very exciting the mechanics ofobe and the ways of the energybody/soul,
every time i project i learn more, eventhough i have only tried it from lucid dreams
I still feel i get something new every time I project and always i remember what i have
read to help me, just as in the last time with the book where i just wanted to remember
a small thing and then enter the body (to try how my recall is).

To all out there practicing obe, never give up, every single thing you experience, however
small it might be, will help you to move on.
