Hi, I was dreaming I left my body, It sort of in a uncouncious dreamlike state where I was in a wrong place with weird people around me.
But as l left my body, I saw myself laying in the bed, fully cloathed with no blanket over me.
For some reason my dream imagined astral self wanted to poke and experiment with my sleeping self.
While standing really close I tried to give command to my body to open the mouth and move a leg.

When I woke up I felt really dizzy.
Could this really been an actual obe with duality but with a dream masked over if you know what I mean.
Could this in that case make me cause my dizzyness?

I usually feel very dizzy if I wake from the wrong sleep phase. Maybe you triggered that?

Just got reminded of that because it can happen then I will be half-awake, grumpy, aching and dizzy.

PS - I think my worst mornings I have when somebody wakes vs. the nice mornings I have when I wake up on my own. Maybe you woke yourself in a similar way, straight from the wrong sleep level? *ponders*
