Default My Test
hello all, I had something interesting happen that I wanted to share and get some insight about.

About a month ago I began to have self doubt. My job is very stressful and I wasn't getting much sleep. I knew this was affecting my OBEs and when they seemed to stop, I began to worry. All the old concerns filled my head and I wanted some reassurance. I placed two tarot cards up high on top of a TV in my room.(the top almost reaches the ceiling) It was in no way possible to view them from the floor and they were turned upside down. I waited and almost gave up hope until last night. I was bored and decided to go to bed early. Only moments after getting comfortable the familiar loud noises started and the vibrations. It was a difficult exit as I seemed stuck by my crown center for a long time. I tried to remain calm and not get frustrated, and eventually I slid out. As the exit was hard, I felt very weak and movement was not easy. It took alot of energy to levitate myself high enough to even reach the top of the TV. I did my usual check of my hands, and felt better when they melted away. I seemed to be able to pick up the cards and view them. The images were crisp but not necessarily accurate. I was able to concentrate on them long enough to use association tricks to remember that both cards were of the sword suit. I said it over and over. "These are swords." I did not want to lose my memory so I exited real time into the tunnel and when I reached the end, I decided I needed to come back. That is the last memory I have of the experience.

This AM the first thing I did when I woke was replay the events in my mind and confirm to myself that I remember swords. I then reluctantly climbed up and took the cards down and was delighted and amazed that both cards were swords. This leaves me with more questions than before, but I have a new personal awareness and reassurance that this is real.

The cards were not the same exact picture in the OBE as the real deck however, the main feature being the sword stood out in the OBE to make it very identifiable. There is no way I misunderstood what they were to represent, and as i said, i concentrated in the OBE and studied the cards carefully so I would have a very clear recollection.

Why would the backgrounds of the pictures be off??? What are the odds that this is a coincidence and I just guessed correctly. I have over the last month wondered what the cards might be and the major arcana always came to mind, swords were never even a thought.

Why did I have such a difficult time exiting, and did the difficult exit cause the locomotion problems and weakness? I felt very drained and that is why I kept the OBE short.

How was I able to pick up the cards in the OBE, and why were they in the same position in real life and still dusty if i moved them?

What does all this mean?

I would love to get some insight from everyone.
Thanks, Ely

Reality fluctuations and the general properties of the RTZ. The RTZ is not the physical dimension. It is very much like it, but not the same. Differences can occur, and perception can vary. Some think it is just a copy of the physical world, but the RTZ is already influencable by your mind in many ways, like the astral. Some view it as a "buffer zone" between the physical and astral realms, with properties of both.

See for example "Alice in Wonderland" effect, IIRC it is also in the AD Pedia. "Reality fluctuations" should be in there, too.

Take good care,
Oliver

1/33, or about 3%. Not very likely.

As Korpo says, reality fluctuations and other weirdness are far from unheard of. Don't doubt yourself just because of that.

Thanks for the response.
I'm trying very hard to give myself more time for sleep and that helps I'm sure. My partner thinks I'm losing my mind lol. I want to share whats happening to me with him and he does not want to hear it. He tells me "I think you believe it's real." He says I'm becoming too preoccupied with fantasy and not paying enough attention to reality. That really frustrates me. If only he could experience this then he would understand that so much of what goes on in life is mundane and meaningless in the grand scheme of things.
I am a nurse and just recently had the opportunity to share some of my knowledge with a patient who was going thru extreme depression and anxiety. This woman had a near death experience, and says she fought very hard to return to her body. She was clinically dead and had to be brought back with a defibrillator. She felt terrified and was afraid to sleep or speak to anyone about the event. She believes that her NDE was a sign that she is going to die soon, and that she cheated death the first time but may not be able to a second. She never knew that a person who was not dead could also experience going thru the light. We spoke at length about the things I have seen and I'm happy to say she has a much brighter outlook now.
As for my test.... I know it was real and that is whats important. Now to get my better (sometimes worse) half to attempt to understand. I traveled the other night and went thru the floor and landed on him asleep on the couch. How I would have liked to pinch him.

Greetings Ely,
amazing test you did, I have read about it somewhere and have wanted to do it for some time,
reading of you doing it and succeding gave me inspiration to try it myself.
Not that I in anyway doubt in astral projection and such, but its good with some reasurance.

I have had 3 obe's so far one of them wich was very energetic and 2 others where i lacked energy
to do much.

I have to do this card thing and i am gonna put the card on my tv right now

Thanks a lot for the inspiration, ohh and in regards to your partner not believing in the astral,
its perfectly normal. I wouldn't wanna try persuading him, people are more ofen than not
locked into their beliefs and are very hard to talk some astral sense into.

I told it to a very good friend once, he was skeptical and he wouldnt wanna try obe out,
before i proved it to him with the "remote viewing" trick.
Not gonna persuade him with it, I believe that people who want to experience the astral,
figure out how to go about it or atleast figure out what to read, guided by their own
curiosity.

Just my thoughts!

Best regards
mreee
