Ok, so in the last 3 weeks or so I have been practicing Robert's MAP CDs, and when I listen to the energy work sessions, I feel almost over confident in my abilities, because I can stimulate my energy body so quickly and I find myself waiting for the CD to catch up with me. When the CD is guiding me in the leg bounce, I'm already pulsing and spinning feeling like I'm ready to exit, but sort of stuck. I figured I should just move on to the next sessions, but when I did I had a few problems.
I cannot make it to the end of the OBE Bedtime practice sessions without falling asleep, one moment I remember spinning and pulsing sensations, and the next I'm waking up in the middle of the night like WTF. I know that I did exit and did have an OBE, but my mind clicks off and I can't seem to remember any of it. My dream recall has become much better, but can't seem to keep my mind awake long enough to remember the OBE separation, then my OBE spins off into the dream realm and that's all I seem to remember, the dreams. Other than keeping a dream journal is there anything else I can do to help my memory recall. |

Trust me i have tried, kepping in mind that I work 6 days a week and sometimes 12 hours a day, I don't have much time for my recliner, but when I do I still have a sleeping issue. If I had a week to catch up on my sleep it might help Anyway this doesn't seem to be an issue with being tired and just falling asleep, even when I feel wide awake (on Sunday morning before my daughter wakes up) I have the memory loss issue, and end up haveing some pretty crazy dreams instead.

I don't use visualizations (much) to project, however, I have used them a little in my mind training. A lot of projectors have found that doing sufficiently complex visualizations is perhaps the fastest way to fall asleep. So, I've spent some time holding visualizations in my mind as a way to condition it to stay awake ... have you tried this? It's a lot harder than it sounds, and can be frustrating, but over time it is a worthwhile practice.
