Default First Spontaneous OBE (only 30 seconds tho)
Well, I had the first spontaneous OBE...that I can remember. It was so vivid. I could've sworn that I was actually awake.

It's not a very eventful OBE, but it's good enough for me. I had waken up, and now that I think about it, I don't remember feeling getting up, but I did, as in my head somehow moved in the direction of where I'm trying to look. I look at the clock (a digital clock across the room with green lighting) because it's my only source of light and it lets me know how much time I am able to sleep. At first I couldn't read it, it was all disfigured. It looked like 1? am, and then I tried looking a couple of other times. And then I actually sat up, which I also don't remember feeling doing. And it says 10:22 (which is about the time that I went to bed. And through all of this I was thinking normal: very confused as to why my clock would say 10:22 pm rather than 3 or 4 in the morning. That's when I woke up for real. I got up...and felt my tired body get up and noticed that it was 5:27 a.m., which made me curse because I only had 18 minutes of sleep left. ***I'm good at remembering numbers and times***

np, and i get what you mean Brain, I'd probably go crazy if i OBE'd too, your story is actually inspiring me to OBE even more, the last thing I'd want to happen is for me to run out of willpower and stop practicing OBE.
It's probably a good thing it only lasted 30 seconds too, it may have helped the memory reintegrate into your mind since it's a fresh memory and it's better to have short OBEs first, something to do with energy and mind splitting.

Aww. That's cool. I'm glad I serve as a person of inspiration for you. I'm just stubborn and I won't quit until I get the results I want lol. And after 5 months of working, I am finally getting some results, however trivial they may seem to be . My experience probably could've been longer had I walked away from my body, but seeing as how all I did was sit up, I was still not completely detached.

Yeah, I remember reading that RB said that short OBE's are best for beginners. So it looks like I'm on track.
