Default Heart skip
So I've recently started to use the Wiggle out exit tech. But every time my perspective starts to change dramatically, my heart ships and i get slammed into my physical body. This also happens sometimes when I get the sinking feeling.
Whats my problem? How do I fix it?

The obvious answer would be don't use the 'wiggle out technique', but I'd say that it's possible that your heart skip is your heart chakra activating. Perhaps the wiggle is activating a heart chakra exit for you. The only way to decide whether your heart is actually skipping is to be monitored when it happens, and that takes some dedication and trust towards someone to check as it's happening to you.
Meanwhile try exit methods that use another part of your energy body (or establish the intention) and see what happens. Alternatively, if you have a good stethoscope you may also lie down and watch for a skip and see if you're having them regardless of practice -sometimes awareness practice makes you aware of what's already been happening-and then you notice it. If you find you're having real heart skips you may want to get checked out for cardiac arrhythmias.
But chances are it's the heart chakra- that is common in projection, and my first conscious projections were heart chakra related ones.

The wiggle exit tech is the only one thats given me results...
Maybe I need to do energy work on my heart chakra before an AP session...

Actually, I'd advise doing more work on other chakras, especially the base. But that's just my intuition. You know your own ebody better than anyone else.
