Default trouble with spontaneous projections
the other night i woke up in the middle of a spontaneous projection....i had my eyes closed the whole time and i could feel myself rising up through the ceiling and then outside....however when i opened my eyes i was back floating just above my body bak in my room and not being able to move then i would close my eyes again and id feel myself floating up again but as soon as i open them id be bak floating just on top of my body not bein able to move
does anyone know why this happens and how i can get around it so i can move freely with my eyes open?

The reason this happens is that your physical body is pulling you back in. You have to at this point take a proactive approach to the exit and do something to stay out- use an exit technique that involves focusing on something outside, or ask for help (to your HS) to get out. In other words, 'reach out'.
