Hello there....
I'm found my tehnique of getting out of body.... But there are some problems in astral plane. Ok, I will describe this mornings obe: When I went sleep I said to my self that I will wake up and remember that I need to do an obe. It happened so easily... I stood up and it was kind a dark, like in early early morning when it's still dark, everything seemed allright. But then my eyes opened up second time, this time room was bright, like in daylight, vision getted sharpener. I decidet to fly out of my window. When flyed towards window I recognised that my table is clean (normaly there is a really big mess) When I tryed to get out of room by closed window I just could not do that. Window seemed cold as in real life and solid. I just could not get thru it. And it's not a first time. When I got my first obe I could not do that too, actually I never really walked thru walls or solid tools Where would be that problem? And why my astral eyes opened up two times? And why my table was clean? ||||||sorry for my bad english knowledges, Edgars||||||||| |

There are a few theories so I'll go through some that may apply:
Usually in RTZ OBEs, you go through walls, etc. because your energy body is of a different 'density' or 'vibration' than the environment. Since the RTZ is closer in density to physical reality, you're 'out of phase' enough with it to not be able to interact with it except to the extent of actually perceiving it (which is energetic interaction, like radar). You may have projected to a dream environment, that is, one which has psychological meaning to you (table clean=life in order). So your subconscious created the environment, and the environment was vibrationally compatible to your energy vehicle, so you were able to 'perceive interaction', that is, to walk on floor, not be able to go through the wall, etc. You projected to the mental plane, and the same conditions apply to the above (example #2) except that the environment is teaching you something completely abstract. I don't know that I think this is the case, so I vote for #2. |
