Default Does anyone here RTZ OBE in the middle of the day?
Is anyone here good enough to get the vibrations and RTZ OBE right in the middle of the afternoon? It seems harder to do it in the middle of the afternoon from full waking consciousness, than to do it when you just catch your self half awake at night for example.

I am getting better at it though

BTW, I dont understand how lucid dreaming and RTZ OBE'ing in this forum are so linked in people's minds. From my point of view they should remain totally distinct.

The vibes can be facilitated by raising energy up the legs with bare feet on the floor and then lying down slowly into the fetal pose and may be advantaged by middle of day efforts . Robert Bruce wrote about 'mind awake body asleep' being opportune for projection . When the body is laboured and physically tired , the mystic may lie down in the middle of their day to OBE and recall the projection .

If you are physically tired but mentally awake you should be in the perfect state.

I once read about a very expirenced therapist that while listening to a client, she would look like she fell asleep, but really she would project and listen in the astral. I think that is a very smart technique for her buisness.

I can sometimes do it, but try not to as it gets in the way of the schedule. But I think if you have time to get back to trance it's doable. Finding the time is another thing.
Lucid Dreaming and RTZ OBEs may be different experiences, but are both forms of projection, just to different areas, perceived differently.
But most projectors lucid dream, so the distinction is really-well, subjective.

Hello,

I've RTZ'd both at night and in the late afternoon. I've actually had much better results in the afternoon. I don't know why, but maybe I can relax better; since its not as close to actual bed time.

At night, however, I seem to have better results experiancing the ATZ.

I'll look for any response you may have.

Thanks.
