Hi guys,

Just to post about my first time here I'll try bullet points to make it easier to read. Any comment/insight is more than welcome!

- Started with very vivid images in a lucid dreaming like state - stuffs I have never even seen in my life.

- Time gone awry - it felt like a 15 minutes show, but in effect, more than an hour had passed by at the end. I could tell as I had a meditation mp3 on.

- I managed to not let myself get scared, but told myself to let the experience happen.

- There were moments of sheer ecstasy.

- I felt this energy that seemed to move inside my head, crushing my bones, but there was no pain. Like the right side of my face was shifting to the left and vice versa. At one point, I felt my head do a 180 degree spin.

- I seemed to want to lift up and felt myself generating intense energy to beat the force of gravity, which I felt fully pressing me down - unless it was something else.

- At some point, I became aware of my astral body, and felt that I was having an out of body experience. And to see my body of pure light was indeed a sight to behold, but it also seemed that I was dragging my body along with me. At some point, I was standing on the bed, trying to hold my footing. This is where it got very confusing. But I did n't see my body on the bed. So, all the movements were happening with my physical body as well. And this is where it is really weird. When I became aware that I was possibly having an OBE, I felt my astral get up and stand up on the bed. But then I realised I was still attached to my physical body, and the latter was up on the bed as well.

- At times, it felt like I was moving through jello, at times it felt like I was moving through tar.

- I had some kind of half-time. I snapped out of it, and then it kicked in again, this time with my eyes wide open.

- When I came back to my physical senses, I could definitely see my auric field with my bare eyes.

- All my 7 chakras were blasted wide open and flowing intensely with energy. The colors were also very vivid.

Hello Fardin. I feel like I know you from somewhere.
I have to say that I've never heard of an experience like yours. I have had what I call 'projecting in place', where I have an expanded awareness experience while in-body and paralyzed, but I've never walked around with it or seen my projected energy body while doing it.
Is this the only time you've had that happen?

Yes I have been on this board some time back, but not recently until my experience a couple of nights ago. It was the very first time I had that sort of experience though, and it was really exciting. One thing I can think of is that I did not completely transfer my consciousness into my project double, and maybe that's why my physical body wanted to come along for the ride as well

Hi Fardin, How did you see your chakras open, during the experience?
I had an OB where I was up on my bed and was still seeing through the physical body the same time, maybe is split consciouness? Having the consciouness in the body too felt a little stuck and confuse
I had felt my hands face upward when they were actually facing down when doing energy work

Yups, first it was my throat chakra that bursted open, and when I brought my attention to each chakra, they were all roaring and firing on all cylinders! It's funny, one of the first things I saw my spirit body do when it was getting up was to look at my hands, but I had no awareness of any difference at that point, my consciousness was wholly in my spirit body, until I realised my physical body wanted to join in the party as well and then it became very confusing.

What felt really weird as well, was the tar/gooey like energy I was feeling my head turning against, and the crushing of my face bones. I can't wait for another experience, but it seems the more we expect it, the less chances it has of happening

Just mulling this one over...could it have been that sleep paralysis did not occur, so you experienced the split, but your body was not immobilised so continued to respond to your thoughts and moved with you....maybe?

I've no idea... In any case, I am going back to basics with relaxation, breathing and energy practise.
