All of my astral projections have been by accident, typically on the weekends, a little before or a little after 9/11.

I don't project often. But I have been visited before.

Generally, I have two or three OBE's clustered around the full moon.

I have exceptionally vivid dreams 2 or 3 times a week - but I couldn't call them lucid because when I recall them in the morning, I can't honestly say that I felt that I had free will during them. If that makes sense.

I rarely if ever try to do it anymore..

Before when I used to really focus on it, I'd have a Lucid dream 4-5 times a week...now I just sleep and get dreams which I never record (Have to start doing it again)

...eventually I started having more of a 3rd person kind of dream (semi lucid) where it was in first person, I'm aware that I'm in first person and I can comment on it...ok think of it as me being in a movie theater and have special glasses that gives me first person view.

I used to get that so much that I stopped lucid dreaming and to my surprise I'd have some pretty BIZZARE dreams. I remember the first movie like dream where the mafia had a hit out on me and I had to survive the night in my aunt's house, when dawn hit I started trying to unlock the mystery (forget what it was) I solved it, credits rolled by and I was then in the movie theater clapping at the end of the movie. Another dream was getting chased by 2 hitmen, this was one of the most psychologically shocking dreams I ever had. I tried getting away and they caught up to me so I woke myself up...only to realize I was in a park full of kids and the 2 hitmen were saying "You didn't get away we will get you when you go back to sleep" and they show me a picture of all my friends they killed and another group of friends they killed last year...

After awhile I just stopped trying to Lucid Dream in order to get this kind of dream...

...But as I started doing more practice for AP, I've been getting many false awakening that keep scaring me because anyone can easily stand on the basement hatch and look right in my window. I always thought I seen figures looking through the window. So anytime I have a false awakening something is always happening in the window examples...
- Workers hit a underground pipe and my roof explodes
- People are hopping over the fence and in my backyard
- Fire works is flying around
- People are chasing me and I jump out the window and start climbing and jumping on roofs
- U.S attacked it's own people and the air force was doing air strikers I was trying to cover my window
- I look out the window and can't see nothing because it's pitch black
- I hop out the window to escape the infection (zombie like people) only to get an axe thrown at my head or some death that consist of a lot of gore

I need to start getting back into all this because I really haven't been at it how I used to be.
