You bring with you, your own worst fears and nightmares.
In my humble opinion you have to be able to control your fear before seriously taking up OBE. Practice controlling, or getting rid of your fears of the unknown and you will experience that there is absolutely nothing to fear but yourself. Best regards Mreee |

What are some of the "bad" things that you can encounter or experience while having an OBE? What's the worst? It's like falling asleep, having someone take out the stuff that truly affects you, then programming a holodeck with the information, having you go in the holodeck with full waking consciousness but no knowledge of what the stuff is. In essence, what you see can't hurt you physically, but emotionally or mentally it's another story. And, if you have the tendency for mental illness or emotional instability, chances are that expanded awareness is not a good practice. |
