Lately when I am relaxing myself I have had sensations (chills) run through my body. There is no set patterns to these. They feel just like getting a chill. The duration and location vary everytime. Some will start in a shoulder and travel down arm or that side of body. Others start near upper leg and move down that leg. They are always on one side of body only when they occur.
Just wondering if anyone has similar events or any explanation.......... Thanks, Russ |

I had the same thing on my outer left thigh for weeks. I don't know what (if anything) it means, other than now we are aware of things like that, so if it ever happened before we didn't know it. But it could indicate some sort of transformation (development-wise) of the energy body, especially if you've been doing energy work.
But really, I don't know. |

Thats weird. I kind of thought they were vibrations. It feels like there is a shiver going trough you (or parts). Like when you shiver from the cold, but i always realise that i'm really comfortable at a good temp when they occur. Are you sure they are not vibrations? I'd like to know what they are...

I have spontaneous shivers from time to time, and I usually attribute them to newly cleared energy blockages. Like a cascade of breaking dams in a river. The shivers in general have lessened since I cleared more trouble spots, but they may resurface with areas I have newly cleaned.
The way you describe them they could follow the major energy meridians of the body, which makes sense. Like unclogging a pipe. When some block in a pipe comes loose it might just hit and remove blocks "downstream" and flush the whole pipe. There's no need that shaking loose one meridian would shake loose stuff on the other side of the body as well. It is fairly common that the both sides of the body are blocked to different amounts. So this phenomenon would occur in one energy line, or several, but there's no need for it to be symmetrical. Take good care, Oliver |
