Default Astral character- woman ????? wth
Hello there |||||Sorry for my bad english knowledges|||||||

It was my third obe, previous two was really short in time. This one was short too but there happened some strange things....

So what happened? I waked up in middle of night, my body was tired and it wont move... But somehow I was able to move my legs and arms, so I noticed what is happening. In that moment I started to float up, but just little bit, my eyes oppened and I released that I am out of my body. And suddenly some kind of being flyed out of wall. I drowed how being looked like (I'm not really good drower ):

I looked at her... and after a second I waked up... I thinked WTF? Then it happened again, but this time being said in latvian language: "Kur tu vēlies doties?" it means in english: "Where would you like to go?" It was a beautiful, soft famile voice Then I thinked of my friend and I was kind of seeing his place in distance of me, but I couldn’t go there... Then my astral body started to screem (like a weight lifter when he tries to lift some heavy weight...) and in one moment I soothe that my mom can hear me... But then I waked up and then falled a sleep
That astral being asked to me more questions but I can't remember....

I would like to know what astral being was, why my astral body started to scream and why I felt that my mom can hear me....

I'm guessing that this was your guide, but it could have been your own projected double. (Look up "Dweller" in the AD-Pedia)
About your screaming: Are you sure it was your astral body and not your physical body? Sometimes the feeling of an intruder in our bedroom can cause an involuntary fear reaction and screaming is not out the question.
My questions to you:
Did your mother actually hear you, or did you just think it? Have you asked her?
Were you actually afraid?

I'm not asked her.... she is in work so I will ask later. It felt like she is sencing me screaming.
And no i wasn't afraid... If my physical body would scream then it would be so loud that my brother would woke up... so it couldn't be my physical body

Screaming was from effort of trying to get out of body (I felt so).

Nice pecs, you work out?

About the screaming, did it feel like it was you screaming, or more like someone else?

I had several experiences in "sleep paralysis" (the first stage at the beginning of an OBE) where as long as I was immobile, there would be complete silence, but as soon as I tried to get up, I would hear like a crowd of 100 children screaming "AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!" very loud behind me, with strong vibrations all over my body. As soon as I stopped trying to move, it would go calm again. I think the reason it happened was because I was trying to use my physical muscles to get up, instead of my "astral muscles" -- in order to get out, I had to "feel for" my astral body and transfer out of the physical first, using a visualization technique.

For me, vibrations feel like a resisting force, something that indicates that the separation is not complete enough in order to leave. As soon as the separation is done correctly, the vibrations stop, and you're out.

What you described sounds exactly like that -- you try very hard, you strain yourself, so that you can get out, but you remain stuck and there's (noises, screams, vibrations, etc).

So I recommend, next time, to try and use a technique like the ROPE, or visualize yourself close to an object in your room. I think the reason you were stuck and heard the screaming was because you did not separate completely from the body.

I drowed pecs for visual effect
But actually I even did not wanted OBE in that time.... I was too tired and too lazy to try something out. It just came to me...
And I know how vibrations feels like. There was no vibrations. That screem.... In one time I was watching my astral body screeming from other point of view, but I can't remember details. So I started wondering- meaby it was a dream.... But I know how feels dream and how feels obe, so it has to be obe....

I had a very similar experience...I woke up and felt like the left side of my body had separated and the rest had not. I tried to sit up but found myself paralyzed. Just as I tried to sit up I heard a horrible high pitched scream from my left. It was intense, and was followed by more terrifying paralysis. I think your explanation makes sense, it is exactly what I thought happened to me.

Great drawing matafixer! Love it

Only one way to find out for sure about the screaming... Investigate it if you hear it again, if possible.

That is absolutely brilliant.

From reading Monroe's methods (R. Bruce was not published back then), I had gathered that to project I would need to increase the vibrations and move them up and down my body (manipulate them and refine them). I would try this, but they would simply go away, no obe... and I thought that my chances for obe were over, so that was it.

This set me back about three-four years in obe progression, until I realized what you just said kiwibonga. Well put.
