This is spectacular

I had an OBE, I floated up to my ceiling and then woke up...it was a great feeling at separation...

I was in a dream at the time, in the bathroom tub. For some reason I heard someone telling me to relax and project. So I felt for my body and did my rocket projection. Then I heard "Stay calm" and boom I see myself floating out my body and above the ceiling for..3 seconds and then fall asleep and woke up 2 seconds after projecting.

CFtraveler, I now see why I should be focusing on energy works

I'll continue to keep practicing...
