Hello there.
First of all sorry about my bad english knowledges I just need a little help. So, I'm new to this Astral projection stuff. Every night I'm trying my best to perform astral projection. But no matter how hard I try, I just can't succeed. I usually feel that moment where I need to come out of my physical body, but I just can't do that. And by the way I can't feel the vibrations, but I feel energy what is pulsing inside me. I feel, that energy want come out, my heartbeat and breathing is rising up really fast, my muscles are trying to move by themselves (with no order from my brain). - I think that is the time where I need to come out of my body. I'm tryed roupe tehnique and rolling tehnique with no success. It just feels like my physical body wont let my out After spending some unsleaped nights I decided to ask for help. Thanks, Edgars. |

my muscles are trying to move by themselves (with no order from my brain). I think the fact that your muscles are moving on their own is part of the problem. For the separation to be easy, you must reach a state of relaxation. You go to trance and shift your awareness away from your body. This cannot happen when your body is overly tense. I don't really know, but muscles moving on their own sounds like you're moving quite a bit of energy there, and maybe your body is not ready for it - you're going 100%, which is always tense. In order to be able to do something relaxed, it is more wise to go at about 70% to be able to keep up the effort without straining and tensing. Maybe your energy system needs first to be cleansed before you can project this way with more ease. Energy pulsing may sometimes indicate blockage, too. It may happen you feel the energy strongly because the amount of energy you try to move is bigger than the "pipe" you move it through. Imagine water pushing against some membrane, pushing it open with sufficient pressure, and then building new pressure. It feels like a strong on-and-off-pulsing, but is actually sign of an energetic weakness, not strength. Relaxed energy should produce very small sensations, subtle, airy, soft, relaxed. It should just flow. You could now try several things: Use NEW exercises like Brush/Sponge at all muscles that tense up / move on their own until you no longer experience that phenomenon. You may also focus more on abdominal breathing to reach deeper states of relaxation - try to focus your mind on your belly inflating and deflating with long, relaxed breaths. Exercise progressive muscle relaxation, mucle group by muscle group. Take good care, Oliver |
