I just had some sort of experience this morning.
I was drifting on and of into sleep.
I realized that I wasn´t awake and I looked at my hands, they were almost completly transparent and were moving very slow even though I didn´t move them lol I could hardly see them, can´t remember exactly what happened after that, might have avoken for a second only to be at the same location in the dream, in my dream bed, I got out of my body. I then remembered the teqniques and demanded more energy.
This helped because when I looked at my hands they were almost solid. I then requested more clarity of mind, I think this helped cause I think I noticed some humanoid sitting at my bed that tried to stop me. I ignored him, and took a leap into the wall, it shattered and I was in a black void.
In front of me I saw a yellow triangle, it was 3 dimensional and was quite long. I thought this maight be a portal to an astral realm.
The triangle has three buttons, I pushed one of those which changed color to red.
I awoke then all of a sudden, I think it´s because somewhere in the back of my mind I knew needed to get up from bed.
Anyone seen a portal like this?

How many times do you need to request more energy or clarity of mind?
The indication that I had raised awareness was that I was a little afraid of that strange environment.

There is no magic number- requesting something usually works but occassionally doesn't- but it seems to me if you remember to request it then your lucidity is probably good enough.

It can be "psychic crossroad". If I appear in dark area in a dream I am mostly in trance state. I must do something and go to AP, LD, pure trance or wake up. Sometimes there is something like menu of the dreams.(with triangle or similar symbols) It depends only on my thoughts, what happen in this situation.
